You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kalagarh platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

Either you or kalagarh may close a player account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
You may request closure of your kalagarh account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and the remaining real-money balance (excluding any outstanding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within one business day.

In the event of a dispute between you and kalagarh arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, the following process applies:
